Yes it's been open but at the same time it's never been set up I turned it on so you can see it does turn on and the internet is not set up nothing has been set up in this thing ever so collections it is still new. I'm selling it for a great price because I checked even pawn shops and pawn shops are selling this thing for like $75 so happy shopping. No returns because we sell all appropriate working items.
