Figurine is 13 1/2" tall. Item is hand-painted, one-of-a-kind acrylic over bisque. Overages of more than $2.00 in shipping charges will be refunded.
The USPS has made it impossible for me to refund for items broken by the USPS. They will not honor a claim if you cannot bring the item, the wrapping, the box and the invoice with tracking # into the post office. That means it collections falls to the buyer to bring the item in. I apologize for this. It is a bad business practice. I pack my items very well, and I insure them. Please contact me if you have damage with your shipment. Often times the shipping is higher than Etsy charges and I can provide the exact shipping amount.
