This is the base extender for the sega genesis model 1 to be attached to a sega cd model 2. This comes with the extender, the metal bracket, and 2 mounting screws. These are all original. There is some mild corrosion on the metal plate which does not impact its function or mounted aesthetic. I have used this item personally to connect a model 1 genesis with collections a model 2 sega cd and it is fully functional as intended.
