Vintage Art Deco Pierrot collections English Silver plate Pin Dish Foil backed

Very nice silver plate pin tray or trinket dish, designed with a Pierrot clown holding a silver balloon, The foil is coming away from the image a little, but its an Art Deco piece. Reminds me of Mott's butterfly wing work.
Simply marked made in England to the back.
